Information processed
Depending on the workflow, the service may process organization and staff account details, signer contact details, waiver fields, signature evidence, timestamps, IP address, device context, audit events, and files uploaded or generated by the customer.
Why it is used
We use this information to provide signing, document generation, verification, support, security, billing, and customer-requested automation. Customer organizations control waiver content and should provide their own notices to signers where required.
